We are excited to announce the release of a new resource for those working in Open Education: The OER Starter Kit Workbook!

The OER Starter Kit Workbook is a remix of The OER Starter Kit released last year. The new edition includes worksheets attached to each chapter to help instructors practice the skills they need to confidently find, use, or create open educational resources (OER). We welcome instructors, librarians, instructional designers, administrators, and anyone else interested in OER to explore the workbook for their use.

The OER Starter Kit Workbook is published in CUNY\’s Manifold platform so that as you work through the chapters, you can annotate them privately or publicly, make a copy of the worksheets to use on your own, or share the worksheets with others. The authors have provided the worksheets as Google Docs for hands-on editing. These can be integrated into workshops or used for self-paced instruction.
