Sentiment analysis is a popular topic in the burgeoning field of data analysis. But what does sentiment analysis consist of? In this workshop, we give an overview of what sentiment analysis is and how sentiment analysis algorithms work. We will also discuss some of the problems with current sentiment analysis research, and tools that are being created to solve these problems.
