• Per our discussion last week, I am sharing more chapters from Tatum’s, “Why Are All the Black Kids Sitting Together in the Cafeteria?: And Other Conversations About Race”.

    Of the chapters I am sharing, I will focus on the 3 chapters below for our discussion Friday. Building on our current conversation, I agree that an important part of being able to effectively mentor our students of color is going deeper into the range of personal identity experiences we bring to the table.
