<p>It seems to help if you download the ZOOM app on your computer<br />
Have you done that?</p>
<p>Last week I tried through my browser and it was hopeless! I was able to<br />
hear and see everybody’s enjoying using my iPhone but if you want to use<br />
the computer with the bigger screen than you do need the app. Please let me<br />
know if I can help!<br />
