<p>The Berkman Klein Center for Internet &amp; Society at Harvard University runs the Harvard Open Access Project (HOAP). HOAP includes the entry &#8220;<a href="https://cyber.harvard.edu/hoap/The_Trump_administrations_on_open_access_to_research" rel="nofollow ugc">The Trump administrations on open access to research</a>.&#8221; The site includes references to news on a nearly daily basis. Well worth a look.</p>
