Tim Keogh earned his PhD from the CUNY Graduate Center in 2016. His most recent book, In Levittown’s Shadow: Poverty in America’s Wealthiest Postwar Suburb won the Dixon Ryan Fox Prize for best manuscript in New York History. His research focuses on the interplay between suburbanization, poverty, and public policy.
