									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I agree that the term &#8216;failure&#8217; is loaded but I also think it accurately describes the feeling that many students feel when learning something new or different. In this sense, it&#8217;s important to keep the word failure because one does learn more from failures and set backs than from success, even if the success involved learning.</p>
