I agree the article was lots of fun to read. This reading made me think of two connections. One, how a teacher recently expressed concern that students don’t sit with uncertainty after COVID – they just want to google an answer quickly because they know the answer is there – so why think about it. Another teacher wondered if technology is really…[Read more]

I am glad to have this module to think about the meaning of equity and to read your posts. All of the reading made me think about how useful the JEDI framework is for gaining clarity and shared meaning – I wondered if we might begin to develop action steps for our teacher-candidates to add to this document through our CITE applications. It seems…[Read more]

I explored the Padlet resources – I love the Liberatory Design process and paper proto typing to build a game. I settle on the ADDIE design process and google slides – below. I am making a plan for how to improve the AI-powered classroom so that teachers can use it in Learning Lab next year. Lots of user experience things to work on before we…[Read more]

Hi Team, Here is my slideshow.

I decided to add to pre-activities to launch the conversation prior to exploring the Liberatory Mindsets. I think that I would also have my students define – learning, thriving, and liberating as outcomes of learning experiences along with core feelings, joy, love, challenge, and freedom.
