									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Matthew &#8211; Another oldie but goodie along similar lines is the book &#8220;Mapping: Ways of Representing the World,&#8221; by Danny Dorling (of cartogram fame) and Dave Fairbairn, from about 1997.
