Educators who present with an &#8220;I am always right&#8221; mentality may hinder students&#8217; opportunities to share in the classroom if they are questioning or in oppostition to the Eductor.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Love this quote!  I totally agree though that the word &#8220;failure&#8221; is too loaded and subjective.  There is way too much emphasis on it and we should start looking at more appropriate &#8220;growth mindset&#8221; terminology.  Setbacks is a good one to consider for a start.</p>
