Hi all, sorry for the late upload. This is still very much a work in progress.. although I have to submit it in about a week! It is mainly the previous version that you read with some deleting/ adding/ and restructuring. The yellow and green highlights are mainly the restructured parts and minor wanderings. The parts that are highlighted in blue are the main conundrums. There is more instruction for how to read it in the paper. I have to answer 6 questions and each has word limits. In some parts, I need to cut around 100/200 words. So, please feel free to think of cutting some phrases, sentences, and sections. Also, I am in dire need of copy-editing as I have no time to take this to the writing center. I really appreciate it if you feel like correcting my itchy English, both grammar and choice of words.
