Workshop Description:
Help your students make a difference beyond the classroom by guiding them in research and writing that reaches a global audience! Through a Wikipedia assignment, students contribute to the accuracy and completeness of accessible information on key topics, gaining valuable digital literacy skills in the process.

In this 50-minute webinar, you’ll hear from Dr. Patricia Brooks, Professor of Psychology at the College of Staten Island, about her experiences teaching with Wikipedia. You’ll also learn about Wiki Education’s free resources and support.
