Russia and Ukraine border crisis has  been going on for a long time, and that has led to the destruction of homes in Ukrainian soil. So many families lost their homes and has no place to lay their heads. The families are homeless and fine it impossible to carry out their daily activities of living because they have no  home to live.

Russia and Ukraine border crisis caused  the destruction of homes, and that led to many people without places to live. The ceasefire agreement would be very effective in preventing the destruction of homes. Both sides need to abide by the rules and regulations governing the ceasefire to stop activities that would trigger further confrontations.

The destruction of homes should be a concern for everyone since it will led to the displacement and suffering of women and children. Kirby BBC News (2015) reported that the border crisis has internally displaced about 978,482 people within Ukraine including 119,832 children because their homes have been destroyed. This problem should be looked into in order to stop women and children  from suffering.

Foode, thank you for sharing your concerns re: the Ukraine/Russia border conflict. It’s interesting that you appeal to our sense of family towards the end. The displacement of women and children is troubling and does make readers want to do something to help. I wonder if there’s a programmatic solution you can create that would assist these women and children? Perhaps literature out there talks about the benefits of protecting children? women?
