The border war between North Korea and South Korea continues to escalate to a global nuclear threat. North Korea expands its nuclear weapons as a goal to create a powerful atomic bomb.b North Korea’s weapons advancements will not only effect the war between the North and South, but the United States and other parts of the world.  Perhaps a proposal for nuclear suspensions can minimize the casualties of the war between North Korea and South Korea.  in the article “The Risks of pre-emptive strikes against North Korea” <span class=”byline-author ” data-byline-name=”Max Fisher”>Fisher (2017) discusses the consequences of an attack lunch by the United States . The Korean crisis can not be approached with a violent military act. therefore a peaceful proposal should be composed to end ease the struggle of Korean civilians. Fisher (2017) </span>”North Korea can retaliate, for instance, by launching cyber-attacks, as it is suspected to have done in 2013 against South Korea’s banking system and in 2014 against Sony Pictures” (p. 1). Fisher highlights what could be a retaliation by the North Korean to a non peaceful approach by the United states. The lives of many citizens whether they’re South Koreans or from any other region are in great danger because of North Korea’s nuclear advancement.

    Dear Olivia,

Thanks for teaching us about the tact we need to use in dealing with the North Korea/South Korea tension. Your proposal for nuclear suspensions is a great one. Is this currently already in progress? Do we have a history of proposing these suspensions and it working? Might a skeptic say these suspensions never work? If so, how could you make this skeptic still sign on for your solution?
