Good evening everyone. I am writing to let everyone know that we will be having a guest speaker tomorrow to start off our class. A colleague of mine will be coming in at 6 to discuss the basics of Marxism before we hand it over to Panekqua and Jackie to facilitate the our conversation about the reading.

I ask that everyone please make an effort to be on time tomorrow so that we can give our guest the full time that she needs.

After we discuss the readings we will set the rest of class time aside for you to meet with your groups for the presentations on March 3. It would be helpful for you to bring a printout of the section your group is working on so you can make decisions about how the work will be broken up. This is a collaborative project, so part of your assessment will be based on how your group works together.

Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

    Best,
    Francine
