Headset for speech perception experiments; recommendation?

    Hello all, this is Rion Iwasaki from Speech Language and Hearing Sciences.

    I’m looking for good headsets for speech perception experiments. Ideally, they are the ones with flat frequency responses and that can isolate outside noise. I would appreciate it if anyone of you has a recommendation.

    Hi Rion!

    Thanks for asking this question. I personally use Sony WH-900n headphones. They have excellent noise cancellation and you can even control the amount of noise cancellation. Not sure if this is what you’re looking for but I highly recommend them. You can get them on sale for less than $200.
