Research Assistant for Hispanic Serving Institutions NSF Grant Proposal
We are a team of CUNY researchers looking for someone who can work 10 hours a week to help us with the literature review for our National Science Foundation grant which we are writing.
Ideally, you are a student who is well versed in cross-disciplinary research in STEM education and who is adept at going beyond just what Google Scholar brings up. We are looking for a highly organized and strong communicator who is able to share their research findings with the team in a manner that is directly useful to our writing of the grant. Working knowledge of RefWorks is a plus, as is full knowledge of at least one bibliographic style, and familiarity with the manner in which research papers are cited in a grant proposal format.
Our interdisciplinary proposal is aimed at helping increase the number of Hispanic students entering into or staying in careers in STEM by means of funding curricular development and activities outside the classroom that can connect back to classroom learning.
