I have chosen The Bowery Mission in New York City for my project. This is an organization that provides food for the homeless or those who are going through a rough time. What I like most about this program is that they try to push people to do better by encouraging them to find a workplace and helping them recover from what they’re going through. They also offer medical assistance while providing a shelter for those in need. This organization is a place where people feel safe and have the opportunity to get back on their feet.
