It seems to help if you download the ZOOM app on your computer
Have you done that?

Last week I tried through my browser and it was hopeless! I was able to
hear and see everybody’s enjoying using my iPhone but if you want to use
the computer with the bigger screen than you do need the app. Please let me
know if I can help!
