Free and open to everyone, free lunch, plus a great opportunity to present and discuss any open education projects. There will be a number of NYU ITP (http://itp.nyu.edu/itp/) students there as well.
Location: There will be 2 days of events, held over a weekend in meeting rooms on the 4th floor of Tisch School of the Arts (721 Broadway, between Waverly Place and Washington Place, just south of Eighth Street), New York University.
Dates/Times: (check starts at 9 am) Satuday, 8/28/2010 & Sunday, 8/29/2010 – 10 am – 8 pm
Confirmed speakers: Here Comes Everybody author Clay Shirky will be giving Saturday’s keynote, and Wikimedia Foundation Executive Director Sue Gardner will be giving Sunday’s keynote.
