We just wanted to share some great, timely advice for cleaning mobile devices and tablet touchscreens. In short, most screens just require a simple cleaning using a dry or slightly dampened (not wet) microfiber cloth, such as a lens cleaning cloth. Do not use alcohol-based cleaning products, as this removes a special oil- and fingerprint-resistant coating on your device’s glass. Even LCD monitor cleaning pads may contain alcohol in them.

This is an interesting article discussing the goals of nursing informatics. Frequently new challenges arise with the implementation of potentially beneficial technology. It would be interesting to do a follow up study to compare current data about safety, effectiveness, and “patient/family centeredness” following EHR implementation.
