Frequency of Meetings for the Library Technology Subcommittee

    At yesterday’s meeting, we agreed that we should have a discussion in the Commons about how often we would like to meet. Please weigh in with your thoughts (monthly, every two months, every three months, etc.)

    I think every 2 months would be good.

    I feel that we should take an agile approach. Meetings should be based upon topical & thematic needs. If something is super hot, we should meet more frequently and if no new business than we do not need to meet.

    I would suggest varying the frequency based on the urgency of projects at hand. For example, meet quarterly keeping open the option to increase the frequency as needed.
