Hello everyone,
For the past several years I’ve been running day-long introductory workshops in GIS using QGIS, usually a couple times each semester. I’m running two sessions this semester; one on Fri Oct 26th that’s already full, and another on Fri Nov 16th that still has plenty of available seats. The sessions are held at the GIS Lab at Baruch and are open to all current CUNY graduate students, faculty, and staff, and to Baruch undergrads. Advanced registration is required and there is a small registration fee. Participants get a light breakfast and a detailed tutorial manual to take with them.
