Hi everyone,
Save the date! The next meeting of the CUNY Games Network will be ("First Friday") Friday October 1st, from 3-6pm at the Graduate Center, room 7209.
In lieu of meeting this September, we encourage you to attend the gaming sessions of a large local group called "NERD NYC." They are having a short board game night this Friday and a longer one-day gaming event this Saturday. We hope that our Games Network members will find each other here and try to sign up for mutual events. That way they can meet each other and "decompress" about the games and their mechanics afterwards, as well as discuss ideas of how to tie them to teaching exercises.
