It is with tremendous excitement that I announce that I am officially
starting the search for a new Scholarly Communications Librarian at NYU
    Libraries!

This person will work with me as we continue to build up the department and
services geared toward helping scholars create and share scholarly
material. I’m not looking for a clone of myself, but rather, see this role
as ideal for an entry- to mid-career person interested in scholarly
communications issues, including authors rights, open scholarship,
diversity and equity in publishing, and scholarly impact (to name a few).

The description and application link is below. I’m particularly interested
in building a diverse pool of candidates so please share widely! And let me
know if you have someone in particular in mind!
