Subject: [DHSI] Queerness and Video Games – Special Issue of Game Studies
To: <institute@lists.uvic.ca>
Hi everyone,
I hope you all had a restful break and are feeling refreshed to take on the
new year.
Bo Ruberg and I are excited to announce that our special issue of Game
Studies, “Queerness and Video Games,” (http://gamestudies.org/1803) is now
out! This has been many years in the making. It is the largest issue in the
history of Game Studies, and is a particularly meaningful accomplishment in
the context of this particular journal.
We’re very proud of the issue and its queer and feminist interventions on
game studies, and we hope you all read, cite, teach, and enjoy! Below
you’ll find a linked table of contents.
