*Havas Fellowship: Prototyping the Augmented Island*
To explore the creative uses of emerging media technologies in public
space, Governors Island has partnered with Havas to offer its landscape.
The project will support a cohort to produce prototypes for telling the
story of its landmarks and history. AI, ML, chatbots, wearables, and VR/AR
should be considered as ways to enable immersive, story-driven experiences
for Governors Island visitors.
*Eligibility:* Havas Fellowship is open to currently enrolled graduate
students in a NYC-based university.
*Award: Up to $5,000 per project*
