    Hi folks interested in digitalization and global infrastructure!

    This seems like a cool fellowship (accepting applications through Nov. 10).

    Application requires

    • a CV,
    • a reference letter,
    • and Links to two (2) samples of published material, in English, in at least one of the CyberBRICS project areas (i.e. cybersecurity, Internet access, digitalisation of public administration).

    Dear colleagues, (apologies for cross-posting)

    It is a great pleasure to announce the second edition of the *CyberBRICS
    Fellowship Programme* to be hosted at FGV Law School, Rio de Janeiro.

    The programme will offer *five remunerated fellowships,* *from February to
    July 2020*, at FGV DIREITO RIO, to support selected scholars having
    relevant experience in the area related to the activities of the 2020-2021
    work plan of the CyberBRICS* project, namely* regulation of Internet access
    *and* the digitalisation of public administrations *in BRICS countries
    (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa). Applicants should have
    relevant experience in at least one of the BRICS countries.

    Selected fellows will be expected to be based in Rio de Janeiro and will
    have a dedicated office within the FGV main building, in 190 praia de

    Besides the fellowship programme, we are developing a *Network of
    CyberBRICS Associated Scholars*, allowing scholars interested in CyberBRICS
    activities and having relevant experience in the CyberBRICS avenues of
