    Dear Colleagues,
    Even though the conference is a year away, we do need to make plans to announce it prior to the end of the academic year. Toward this end, I would like to schedule a meeting of the existing program committee. Could you get back to me by e-mail or on the Academic Commons site and let me know if Friday, April 20, at 3:00 PM would work for you? The meeting does not have to be face-to-face.
