    Hello to friends and colleagues!

The Conference website now has more complete information about:
    • Monday’s Pre-Conference Workshops. If you have already registered, this year you can “revisit your registration” and add one or two workshops — you get two for the price of one! These workshops are not to be missed this year. We arranged for community leaders to provide workshops on Monday that adds significant value to the whole conference. Click on the workshops link at the Conference site to see what is offered and also to add a workshop or two to your registration.
    • More about our lineup of plenary and special speakers. AAEEBL is now in its fifth year, the field is “coming of age,” and we are excited that so many notable eportfolio leaders will be featured speakers this year.
    • The full program. We have been tweaking and adding sessions regularly so check back to the most recent iteration of the program.
    • You can go to the Conference website, now, to learn more about how you — either as representing an institution or a corporate sponsor — can be invited to the Executive Summit, our Monday afternoon premier event open to AAEEBL members and Corporate Sponsors only. You will be hearing more about the Executive Summit in a subsequent email.
Be sure to get your lodging soon through another link at the Conference website.

Remember that the first three members from a member institution to register receive a larger discount this year than in previous years: $250 USD instead of $200 USD. We are located this year in the center of Boston where dining choices are much more numerous and represent a wider range of price options.

AAEEBL and Campus Technology share an exhibit hall with hundreds of vendor booths, some of whom are AAEEBL Corporate Sponsors. The Exhibit Hall is just across a hallway from our meeting rooms, allowing you to make multiple quick visits onTuesday and Wednesday when the Exhibit Hall will be open.

I hope to see you in Boston July 29-August 1, 2013. Please say hello.

    All best,

    Trent
