For those planning to graduate soon, please keep in mind that you have to apply for graduation and there are specific date-time windows when you can do that. The deadline for this semester has just closed (Feb.15), and those of you who applied this round will be getting those emails about now, subject line: “Preliminary Degree Audit.” These emails can seem scary at first because they have words in them like “cannot graduate,” but you should simply forward those emails to me when you get them and I will take care of making sure your courses line up in the right columns so you can graduate.
And, please remember to send me your digital portfolio, if you haven’t already. With the new curriculum, Degree Audit is checking to make sure you’ve completed your digital portfolio so I have to see the completed, public-facing portfolio before you can graduate.
