“Humanities Perspectives on Digital Technologies” is a colloquium sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities and City Tech. The event features a panel of distinguished speakers, including Juliet Floyd, Professor of Philosophy, Boston University; Scott Hartley, Venture Capitalist and author of The Fuzzie and the Techie: How the Liberal Arts Will Rule The Digital World; Tony Hey, Chief Data Scientist at the Science and Technology Facilities Council, UK and author of The Computing Universe: Journey through a Revolution; and Stephen Wolfram, President/Founder of Wolfram Mathematica | Wolfram Alpha and author of A New Kind of Science.
