What do we learn about Dante from his encounter with Farinata in Canto X?
Dante’s encounter with Farinata makes us readers relaize that he has a different mind set and they obvioulsy disagree with one another and agree with different parties. Now Dante is told that he will be exiled from Florence the play that he is from but they did not want to tell him much anymore because they can only see whats to come in the far future but not whats present. I believe that it made Dante feel anxious and now alert about what his actions may be next.
