    2019 Accessing Higher Ground: Accessible Media, Web and Technology Virtual Conference Nov 20-22

    The conference will be live streamed at 4 CUNY schools this year.

    Drop in for any or all sessions! RSVP HERE to reserve your spot.  

    This virtual conference is open to all members of CUNY including faculty, staff and students.  Relevant for those in Disability Services, IT, graphic design, marketing, library, instructional design and faculty and students who and are interested in learning more about this subject and applying what they learn on their campuses or towards future careers.

    Rooms and directions

    Sorry, due to the agreement with the conference producers, remote access at other locations is not available.  Access to high quality recording of the conference will be available approximately 2 months after the conference for a limited number of individuals, generally including those who attend in person.

    Accessibility:

    • Conference viewing is captioned.
    • Most handouts and Powerpoints are posted on the conference website and can be accessed before the sessions.
    • Please indicate any additional accessibility needs on the RSVP, or contact Adina Mulliken am2621@hunter.cuny.edu or Peter Santiago at peter.santiago@kbcc.cuny.edu We can offer guidance from the building entrance, more detailed directions, large print information, and will try to meet other needs.  Please let us know by Friday, November 8, 2019.
