Today the digital society seminar at Hunter is hosting two creative young scholars, Karen Levy and Jessa Lingel, for a mini-panel on electronic surveillance and resistance. They’ll give two short presentations on their fascinating work examining the strategies that long distance truck drivers and prisoners, respectively, use to sabotage or resist constant monitoring. Please join us at 1:10pm in room HW1631 at Hunter College for what should be a terrific talk. Lunch will be served. RSVP to hunterdigitalsociety@gmail.com.
