As I read through this module, what stayed with me is “teaching excellence” , which is much desired by both faculty and students and of course academic institutions. I personally define “teaching excellence” as a stage that needs to be achieved and there are many ways we can reach that stage, but it cannot be achieved alone, educators need institution support, student support and resources to do so. Personally being a doctoral student and a full-time faculty, I understand the amount of support and encouragement that I need to get to the stage of “teaching excellence”, but the question is how well do we feel supported?
    Thanks for reading!
