    CUNY ePortfolio Conference
Call for Volunteers for Program Committee

Do you have conference planning experience? Or would you like to get some conference planning experience? Do you want to help build a network of eportfolio expertise throughout CUNY and the region? Are you interested in helping to shape eportfolio conversations for the future?

The CAT eportfolio subcommittee has begun planning for the first-ever CUNY Eportfolio Conference scheduled for March 15, 2013. We are looking for volunteers to help in a variety of roles in the conference program committee. We’ll need colleagues to help craft the conference title and overall theme and tracks, to write and issue the call for papers, to read proposals and select presentations, to groups and presentations, to help with moderation and conference management, and to review and analyze conference evaluations and prepare for future conferences.

The conference has funding from the Center for Digital Education. We have a venue at John Jay College. We have a tentative schedule and are recruiting a keynote speaker and respondent. But we still need your help!

All program committee members will be recognized in the printed conference program and from the stage. We will meet regularly, virtually when that is more convenient. And we really hope to have representation from all CUNY campuses.

If you’d like to volunteer, please email Professor Barbara Walters barbara.walters@kbcc.cuny.edu
