    Just a reminder about tomorrow’s lunch. Hope to see you all there!

    As you know, the Center for Humanities has requested seminar proposals for next year: http://commons.gc.cuny.edu/wp-content/plugins/buddypress-group-documents/documents/1272909494-SeminarProposalform2010-11FINAL.docx We need to identify at least five faculty and five students who are committed to participating in the seminar, as well as five proposed events for the year.

    This planning meeting will give us a chance to discuss ideas for events and speakers to be included in the proposal. We hope to solicit a variety of ideas and encourage everyone to attend.

    If you can’t make it, please email Steve (sbrier@gc.cuny.edu) or me (csula@gc.cuny.edu) with your suggestions or post them on the forum.

    Dear all:

    As I said, I am teaching today at CCNY, so I won’t be able to do it. I asked Tim Peterson from the English program to go for me, but he won’t be able to do it either. We’ve been talking about the chance of doing a panel on poetry and new media next semester. We are together in the Poetics Group, and we thought of doing this activity co-sponsored with the New Media Studies Group.
