My teaching and research interests include Ecocriticism, the Environmental Humanities, Science Studies and Animal Studies. I have taught at Hunter College, City College, and Guttman Community College. I was a WAC Fellow at John Jay College and the School of Professional Studies. I started the Ecocriticism Public Working Group with The Center for the Humanities at CUNY.
