Dean S. Reynolds, Ph.D.

Ethnomusicologist and Educator

Dean S. Reynolds is an ethnomusicologist and educator, specializing in Black music of the Americas. His dissertation investigated the ways that jazz musicians in New York are using recording technologies and new media to make, share, and listen to music. He has also worked extensively on the popular and religious music of Jamaica.
