LACUNY Emerging Technologies Committee’s Docs Workshop Ideas -- meeting 2013-08-27

See full list on Google Drive. Please list your name on the spreadsheet if you’re interested in learning and/or teaching! (I’ve prepopulated some names based on my recollection of the meeting.)

These workshops will be held monthly and will be 2-3 hours long each. They’ll be informal and friendly. The committee co-chairs (Allie, Stephen Z, and Robin) are happy to schedule your workshop and make any administrative arrangements. Once scheduled, we strongly recommend you let participants know ahead of time of any specific prep work they’ll need to do. A few resources for teaching a workshop include site44 (Dropbox ยป website) and browser-based programming environments (e.g. PythonAnywhere).
