Subject: Announcement: Fall 2015 Panel “Leaving the Hallowed Halls-How to
Bridge the Gap between Academia and Industry”

I’m writing to spread the word about an upcoming panel series that might be
of interest and be beneficial for our psychology graduate students.

This semester, a panel series will be offered at GC. This panel series will
offer useful and important information for our psychology graduate students
to learn about possible career options with a science background. It also
offers a great chance to listen, ask questions, and networking with many
psychology professionals from GC and around NYC area.

Please join us for our first panel of the Fall 2015 term:

“Leaving the Hallowed Halls-How to Bridge the Gap between Academia and
    Industry”

Five GC Psychology alumni will speak on and share their experiences as
being professional psychologists working in industry with a PhD psychology
    background.

    *When & Where: September, 21st, Monday, 6:30p – 8:30p, CUNY-Graduate
    Center, Room 9204 (9th Floor) *

Please see the attached flyer, or please click here to RSVP
